The naive and simple-minded me used to think that $ is not a very important thing, like many lines reiterated by millionaire actors - 'money can't buy happiness' However some things that have happened to me recently made me rethink my beliefs. It may be true that happiness cannot be bought simply with money but it is an accelerant, catalyst if you will in the pursuit of happiness. However, I feel that money and time are not mutally exclusive which is why when in our pursuit of accumulating wealth, we lose so much time that we still find happiness elusive despite finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow... ok, gtg... later...
